Why matches, not just strokes

Beautiful technique in a warm-up rally tells you almost nothing about why you lost 6-3.

How we work

Errors first, winners later

At club level, matches are decided by unforced errors and double faults. Players who want to hit bigger forehands usually need a better second serve and more margin over the net instead.

Video makes this unarguable. We count what actually happened in your match — where points ended and why — and the plan follows from the count rather than from a feeling.

The drills are then designed for the court time you already have, with whatever partner you can find. Nothing here requires a coach feeding balls at $80 an hour.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Watch the match

Strokes matter, but points are lost in patterns, not in slow motion.

Margin over power

Higher over the net and deeper wins more club matches than pace.

Practice with targets

Cooperative rallying builds a stroke that only works cooperatively.
