The programs, in detail

Four programs of 8 to 16 weeks, each built on video of your own strokes and matches.

Program 01 · Consistency first

Groundstrokes

Club players usually have one reliable side and one that collapses under pressure. We work from video on the two things that matter most — where you meet the ball and whether you're balanced when you do — then drill it with progressions that don't need a coach feeding balls.

Weeks 1–3 · Contact point

Meeting the ball in front, consistently, on both sides.

Weeks 4–6 · Balance

Footwork patterns that get you there early.

Weeks 7–9 · Depth

Hitting deeper with margin over the net.

Weeks 10–12 · Under pressure

Holding technique when the rally goes past eight balls.

Weeks 1–3 · The toss

Same place, every time — drilled without hitting.

Weeks 4–6 · Rhythm

Trophy position and a motion that repeats under pressure.

Weeks 7–9 · Spin

Margin over the net, and a second serve you can hit at pace.

Weeks 10–12 · Under pressure

Serving at 30-40, with a routine that holds.

Program 02 · A second serve you trust

The serve

Double faults lose more club matches than anything else. We rebuild from the toss, which is where most serve problems start, add rhythm and then spin for margin. The measure of success is simple: second serve points won, tracked over your matches.

Program 03 · Beat the pusher

Match strategy

Most club matches are decided by errors, not winners. We build two or three reliable patterns, agree a plan for the opponent styles you keep losing to, and rehearse the in-match adjustment — because the answer is rarely to hit harder.

Weeks 1–3 · Your patterns

Two or three ways you actually win points.

Weeks 4–6 · Opponent types

Pushers, big servers, net rushers — a plan for each.

Weeks 7–8 · Adjusting

Noticing what's failing and changing it mid-match.

Weeks 9–10 · Doubles

Positioning, poaching and communicating with a partner.

Weeks 1–2 · The session plan

A 60-minute template you can repeat with any partner.

Weeks 3–5 · Targets and scoring

Drills with consequences, so pressure is normal.

Weeks 6–7 · Point play

Practice sets with a specific tactical focus.

Weeks 8 · Warm-up

Being ready from the first game, not the first set.

Program 04 · Stop rallying aimlessly

Practice that transfers

An hour of cooperative rallying builds a stroke that works in cooperative rallying. We restructure your court time into drills with targets, point-play games with consequences, and a warm-up that gets you ready in ten minutes rather than a set and a half.
